Contiguous domestic orders can choose from faster shipping alternatives. Price varies according to package weight and destination. Please organize your schedule according to our processing window of two to three working days.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which gives you enough time after receiving your items to ask for a refund or exchange if you’re not happy with your purchase. Returns are only for unused items. Contact us at support@fsblends.com to begin that process.
Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted by sending you a notification. If accepted, a refund will be sent automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take a while for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well. Please email us at support@fsblends.com if it has been more than 15 business days since we accepted your return.
Gift certificates and sale products, however, cannot be returned.
It should be noted that shipped during warm weather, candles, wax melts, and other goods in the same category may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures for an extended length of time. We highly suggest that you make arrangements to have your item delivered to a cool area, such as a house or office, where someone can pick up your delivery. Candles and other things may melt if shipments are left outside in warm weather, and we are not responsible for any resulting harm.
NOTICE: We cannot pay for any return shipping costs. Gift cards, clearance merchandise, restricted collections/releases, and discontinued goods are likewise regarded as final purchases and are not subject to returns, refunds, or exchanges.
